At Aachho, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted ethnic wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order ID and registered email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and approve the pickup based on the item condition and eligibility criteria.
Reverse Pickup
After approval, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep within 2-3 business days at no additional cost.
Refund or Exchange Processing
Upon receiving the product at our warehouse and passing the quality check, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged size.
